Important Show Exchanges & Refund Information
- No refunds or exchanges on all ticket sales and promotions.
- We are only able to support requests for verified tickets purchased through our ticket provider, TicketSpice or box office sales.
- We are not able to offer any refunds for credits after a show has already occurred.
- Previously purchased tickets are valid for a rescheduled date(s) even if your ticket has a different date on it than the rescheduled show date.
